IT Help Desk
Role Description
We are seeking a full-time IT Help Desk professional to join our team, primarily based on-site at our Jeddah office. This role is responsible for providing technical support and ensuring the smooth operation of IT systems, devices, and network infrastructure across the organization. The IT Help Desk will serve as the first point of contact for technical issues, delivering timely and effective solutions to support daily business operations.
The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and technically skilled, with hands-on experience in troubleshooting, device maintenance, and user support. This role requires close coordination with internal teams and external developers to resolve technical challenges and maintain system efficiency.
The position involves both office-based responsibilities and occasional field tasks that may require the candidate to work outside the office when needed.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day technical support to users, addressing hardware, software, and network-related issues.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems efficiently, ensuring minimal disruption to operations.
- Install, configure, and maintain computers, printers, and other IT equipment.
- Monitor and maintain network connectivity, ensuring stable and secure performance.
- Coordinate with website developers and external vendors to resolve technical issues and implement updates.
- Support and maintain camera systems and security solutions, ensuring proper functionality.
- Perform routine system checks, updates, and maintenance to prevent technical issues.
- Assist in setting up workstations, devices, and user accounts for new employees.
- Document technical issues, solutions, and processes for future reference.
Qualifications
- Fluent in Arabic and English (spoken and written)
- 1–2 years of relevant experience in IT support or help desk roles
- Background in technical support or IT-related fields
- Basic understanding of networking concepts and infrastructure
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills with a hands-on approach
- Ability to use, maintain, and troubleshoot a variety of technical devices
- Familiarity with camera systems and security technologies
- Strong communication skills and ability to coordinate effectively with developers and team members
- Technically curious with strong awareness of cybersecurity best practices
- Experience with mobile device configuration (iOS & Android)
- Familiar with smart device setup and configuration, including door access systems
