Information Technology Infrastructure Manager

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced IT Infrastructure Manager to lead and oversee the organization's IT infrastructure, networks, security systems, and technology projects across multiple facilities and compounds. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the reliability, security, scalability, and performance of all IT services while driving innovation through the adoption of advanced technologies and AI-enabled solutions.

This role requires a strategic and hands-on leader capable of managing infrastructure operations, technology projects, vendors, and technical teams while supporting the organization's ongoing growth and digital transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage all IT infrastructure, networks, and security systems, including wired and wireless networks, firewalls, CCTV, access control systems, IP telephony, Public Address systems, and TV systems.

• Lead IT infrastructure planning, design, deployment, testing, and commissioning activities for new compounds, facilities, and expansion projects.

• Manage IT project lifecycles from requirements gathering and solution design through implementation, testing, and operational handover.

• Identify, develop, and implement innovative AI-integrated solutions to enhance IT services and support operational excellence across the organization.

• Ensure the availability, performance, reliability, and security of internet connectivity and core IT services across all locations.

• Lead, mentor, and support IT teams by providing technical guidance, operational oversight, and professional development opportunities.

• Manage relationships with technology vendors, contractors, and service providers to ensure service quality and project success.

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align technology initiatives with business objectives and operational requirements.

• Implement proactive monitoring, maintenance, and troubleshooting practices to minimize service disruptions and downtime.

• Develop and maintain IT infrastructure standards, policies, procedures, and security controls.

• Ensure compliance with cybersecurity best practices and organizational technology standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.

• Minimum 7 years of experience in IT infrastructure, networks, systems administration, or related fields.

• Proven experience managing enterprise-level infrastructure environments and technology projects.

• Strong knowledge of networking, cybersecurity, firewalls, CCTV, access control systems, IP telephony, and enterprise IT solutions.

• Experience leading technical teams and managing external vendors and contractors.

• Familiarity with cloud technologies, virtualization platforms, and modern infrastructure solutions.

• Experience in implementing digital transformation and AI-driven initiatives is highly preferred.

• Strong problem-solving, communication, project management, and leadership skills.

• Professional certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, Microsoft, VMware, ITIL, or cybersecurity certifications are an advantage.
