About the Role
Catchers is hiring an Information Technology Lead (IT Lead) to own web, CRM, and systems management across the agency, driving automation, integration, and continuous improvement of our digital ecosystem.
Qualifications
- Strong experience in Web, CRM, and System Management
- Hands-on experience with Airtable, automation tools, and system integrations
- Experience with data security and privacy compliance, including access permissions, backups, and breach protocols
- Experience managing vendor relationships and third-party tech contracts (hosting, software licenses, agencies)
- AI-aware and automation-driven mindset with curiosity for emerging technologies
- Highly tech-savvy, adaptable, and execution-focused
- Strong problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills, including explaining technical issues to non-technical stakeholders
- 8–10 years of hands-on experience in Web, CRM, and System management, with early exposure to modern technologies and continuous evolution alongside AI, automation, and digital platforms
Responsibilities:
- Maintain and optimize the company website
- Manage CRM systems and oversee integrations
- Structure and automate workflows using Airtable
- Oversee IT operations, system performance, and data integrity
- Support business teams with reliable, scalable technology solutions
- Drive continuous improvement across the company's digital ecosystem
Requirements
- Fluent in Arabic and English
