Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Cairo for an Information Technology Manager. The Information Technology Manager will oversee IT operations, manage the implementation of technology solutions, and ensure the security and efficiency of IT infrastructure. Responsibilities include troubleshooting technical issues, leading IT projects, team management, and ensuring operational continuity. The role also involves evaluating emerging technologies and their potential for incorporation into the organization's systems.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in IT infrastructure, network administration, and systems management
• Strong knowledge of cybersecurity measures, backup systems, and data protection methodologies
• Experience in project management, strategic planning, and technology implementation
• Familiarity with vendor and software contract negotiations, budgeting, and compliance management
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to technological advancements
• A bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field; certifications such as ITIL, PMP, or relevant technology certifications are an advantage
• 10+ years of experience in related field
