Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for an Information Technology (IT) Manager. The IT Manager will oversee the planning, implementation, and management of all technology systems and infrastructure. Responsibilities include leading IT strategy, managing system upgrades, ensuring network security, and addressing IT-related issues. The role requires collaboration with leadership to align technology initiatives with business goals, as well as providing guidance to the IT team to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.

Qualifications

  • Technical Expertise: Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, network management, system upgrades, and cybersecurity practices.
  • Management and Leadership: Experience in leading an IT team, project management abilities, and effective coordination of technology initiatives.
  • Problem Solving and Strategic Thinking: Ability to assess IT challenges, implement solutions, and align strategies with organizational objectives.
  • Communication and Collaboration: Proficiency in communicating complex technical ideas to non-technical stakeholders and working collaboratively across teams.
  • Additional Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field. Relevant certifications (e.g., ITIL, PMP, or CISSP) are a plus. Experience with CRM
