Information Technology Manager

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic IT Manager to lead and oversee the technology strategy and daily IT operations across Retail and Hospitality. This is a key leadership role that will drive digital transformation, enhance cybersecurity, and manage IT infrastructure to support our growth across multiple brands. You will also be responsible for building and developing a high-performing IT team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the IT function across all brands, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.
• Develop and execute IT strategies that support digital transformation, operational efficiency, and business scalability.
• Manage IT infrastructure, including cloud-based solutions and cybersecurity frameworks.
• Oversee the implementation, maintenance, and optimization of Microsoft Dynamics NAV and other core business systems.
• Drive innovation by integrating AI-driven technologies and advanced data analytics to improve decision-making.
• Lead IT projects, vendor management, and system upgrades, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery.
• Build, mentor, and manage a skilled IT team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
• Act as a strategic partner to the leadership team, providing insights on technology trends and opportunities.

Requirements:

• 10+ years of proven IT leadership experience, in the retail or hospitality sectors.
• Extensive hands-on expertise with Microsoft Dynamics NAV, cloud solutions, AI technologies, and cybersecurity best practices.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to balance strategic planning and operational execution.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive, hands-on approach to IT challenges.
• Effective communicator with the ability to influence senior stakeholders and lead cross-functional teams.
