We are seeking a skilled IT and Learning Management System Administrator to manage and support the company's IT infrastructure and internal LMS platform. The role focuses on ensuring smooth system operations, user support, data security, and effective delivery of digital learning programs across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain the company's Learning Management System including user accounts, courses, content uploads, assessments, and reporting.
- Provide technical support for LMS users including employees, trainers, and administrators.
- Coordinate with internal teams to implement new LMS features, updates, and integrations.
- Ensure system performance, data accuracy, backups, and security compliance.
- Manage basic IT infrastructure including hardware, software, network support, and system troubleshooting.
- Support onboarding and training by configuring LMS access and tracking learning progress.
- Generate reports on learning completion, performance, and system usage.
- Liaise with external vendors for LMS or IT related support when required.
- Document system processes, user guides, and technical procedures.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Proven experience in IT support and managing a corporate Learning Management System.
- Strong understanding of LMS platforms, user management, and e learning workflows.
- Basic knowledge of networking, system administration, and data security best practices.
- Ability to troubleshoot technical issues efficiently and communicate clearly with non technical users.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Experience with reporting, analytics, and system documentation.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with cloud based LMS platforms.
- Familiarity with HR or training systems integration.
- Basic knowledge of databases or web technologies.
