ROLE OVERVIEW
IT Manager will be responsible for leading the company's technology strategy and driving the development of digital and technical solutions that support both short-term and long-term business objectives while ensuring the readiness and sustainability of the company's technology infrastructure.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and implement the comprehensive technology vision and IT strategy in alignment with business objectives.
- Lead digital transformation initiatives, technology product development, and innovation across operations and services.
- Oversee IT infrastructure, systems performance, and continuous improvement of technology platforms.
- Manage and guide technical, engineering, and development teams to ensure effective project delivery.
- Identify and adopt new technologies that enhance operational efficiency and business competitiveness.
- Collaborate with senior leadership and cross-functional departments to understand business needs and deliver integrated technology solutions.
- Oversee information security, data protection, and compliance with applicable local and international standards.
- Prepare and manage the annual technology budget, ensuring effective cost control and resource utilization.
- Build and manage strategic partnerships with technology vendors, service providers, and innovation partners.
- Represent the technology function in senior management and executive-level meetings.
REQUIREMENTS
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- A Master's degree or relevant professional certifications would be an advantage.
Experience
- 4+ years of experience in IT management, technology leadership, digital transformation, or related technology roles.
- Experience in leading IT teams, technical teams, software development teams, or digital product teams.
- Strong background in IT infrastructure, systems management, digital platforms, and technology operations.
- Experience in information security, data protection, compliance, and vendor management.
- Previous experience in fintech, digital platforms or financial services environment is essential.
