We are supporting a leading professional services organisation in Riyadh to hire an IT Operations Manager with a strong grounding in ITIL-based service management. This role is focused on end-to-end IT operations ownership, ensuring the stability, security, and performance of business-critical platforms while driving continual service improvement.

The environment is technology-diverse, the emphasis of this role is operational excellence, service governance, and lifecycle management.

Key Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end IT operations and service delivery
• Manage the IT support lifecycle (incident, problem, change, service management)
• Ensure systems stability, availability, and SLA performance
• Lead the transition of projects into BAU operations
• Act as escalation point for major incidents
• Drive continuous service improvement
• Work closely with cross-functional teams and vendors

Requirements

• Fluent Arabic & English
• Strong experience in IT Operations / IT Service Management
• Solid understanding of ITIL service lifecycle
• Experience supporting live production environments
• Comfortable operating in technology-diverse environments
• Based in Riyadh
