Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced IT Operations Officer to support IT and Data Center Operations in a shift-based environment. The role will be responsible for infrastructure and application monitoring, backup operations, incident handling, troubleshooting, alert escalation, and ensuring the availability and stability of IT services.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor IT Operations and Data Center infrastructure in a 24/7 shift-based environment.
- Monitor servers, applications, infrastructure components, and IT services using enterprise monitoring tools.
- Perform monitoring and operational activities using IT360 and AppDynamics.
- Monitor FIS/IST switch and ATM applications and escalate critical alerts.
- Perform and monitor backup operations using Legato Networker.
- Monitor backup jobs, troubleshoot failures, and ensure successful backup completion.
- Handle infrastructure and application incidents and perform initial troubleshooting.
- Monitor system alerts and escalate issues to appropriate technical teams.
- Perform server and IT infrastructure health checks.
- Troubleshoot operational issues and coordinate with relevant support teams for resolution.
- Maintain operational logs, incident records, shift handover reports, and monitoring documentation.
- Follow IT Operations procedures, escalation matrices, and service management processes.
- Support continuous availability and stability of IT infrastructure and critical applications.

Preferred Experience
- Experience in banking / financial services IT operations is preferred.
- Experience supporting ATM, switching, or payment infrastructure is an advantage.
- Experience working in a Data Center or NOC environment is preferred.
