Job description:
Project Management
- Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables that support business goals.
- Develop full-scale project plans, including timelines, budgets, resource allocation, risk mitigation, and quality assurance.
- Lead the execution of IT infrastructure, software development, digital transformation, and system integration projects.
- Monitor project progress and adjust plans as needed to ensure timely delivery.
Stakeholder Communication
- Collaborate with cross-functional departments (Finance, HR, Operations, etc.) to gather requirements and manage expectations.
- Provide regular updates to senior management, including status reports, dashboards, and post-project reviews.
- Manage vendor relationships and communicate with external partners to ensure deliverables are met.
Risk Compliance Management
- Identify potential risks and implement proactive mitigation strategies.
- Ensure compliance with corporate IT policies, industry regulations, and cybersecurity standards.
- Maintain documentation for audits and reviews.
Budget and Resources Management
- Track project costs and ensure financial accountability.
- Negotiate contracts and manage procurement of tools or services.
- Optimize resource utilization across projects.
Job Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science or a related discipline
- Minimum 5-7 years of overall experience with at least3 years of relevant experience in IT projects management.
- Proven track record of delivering complex IT projects on time and within budget.
- Experience working with enterprise software, ERP systems, and cloud platforms
