We are seeking an experienced Technology Project Manager to join our client's transformation programme focused on delivering customer experience (CX) technology initiatives.
The successful candidate will lead the delivery of end-to-end IT projects, working closely with business and technical stakeholders to implement solutions that enhance customer experience and deliver measurable business value. This role requires a strong delivery-focused project manager with excellent stakeholder management skills and experience managing complex technology programmes.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full project lifecycle from initiation through to delivery and handover.
- Lead the successful delivery of IT projects focused on customer experience and digital transformation.
- Develop and manage project plans, budgets, risks, issues, dependencies, and governance.
- Work closely with business, technology, and third-party vendors to ensure successful project outcomes.
- Facilitate stakeholder engagement and provide regular project updates to senior leadership.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
- Drive collaboration across cross-functional teams and manage competing priorities.
- Focus on delivering solutions that improve customer journeys and create tangible business value.
Requirements
- Proven experience as an IT Project Manager delivering technology transformation projects.
- Experience managing Customer Experience (CX), CRM, digital, or customer-facing technology initiatives.
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, governance, and delivery frameworks.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple workstreams in a fast-paced environment.
- Commercially aware with a strong focus on business outcomes and value delivery.
- Experience working with Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery methodologies
This is a 12-month contract role based in Dubai.
