Job Description

Job Objective:

The PMO Manager should provide a consistent approach to identify, prioritize and successfully execute a portfolio of IT initiatives and projects. Define and implement Project Management standards, methodologies, processes, templates and practices. Manage risks, identify issues and ensure that they are properly resolved, raising them to the appropriate level and following-up corrective actions.

Job Responsibilities:

Provide a consistent approach to identify, prioritize and successfully execute a portfolio of IT initiatives and projects

Define and implement Project Management standards, methodologies, processes, templates and practices

Manage projects and coordinate all contributors (internal and external)

Ensure that the deliverables are delivered on time, within budget and at the appropriate level of quality

Manage communication throughout projects

Manage projects closure and transition into business as usual

Follow up on all project's implementation action plans and corrective actions with their stakeholders

Create and deliver effective, accurate progress and executive reports.

Provide a consistent and adaptable project management tool (Microsoft Project Server) and

Practices to plan and execute projects effectively and efficiently

Ensure a Clear documentation standards/templates for all IT projects (e.g. business requirements, Project Charter, technical requirements, testing scenarios, stakeholder register, impact analysis).

Prepare, organize and attend all CITO meetings with projects stakeholders in sake of monitoring and following up

Follow-up on the agreed corrective actions to overcome any showstoppers/risk that could negatively effect on projects progress

Prepare a summary report on the progress of each project before the CIO meeting with the related stakeholders

Prepare all IT Projects presentations for executives.

Requirements:

Educational Requirements: Bachelor's / Master's Degree in Computer Science or Engineering or any other relevant major

Special Certification or Training Required: PMP certified is a plus Required Industry Experience: 5-7 Years Technological Requirements: Proficiency in MS-Project, MS-PowerPoint and MS-Excel Language Requirements: Excellent command of English
