Job Description

The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, managing, and evaluating IT projects across our organization. In order to do this successfully, this person should feel comfortable handling multiple tasks at a time.

Responsibilities

  • Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and success criteria with stakeholders
  • Develop comprehensive project plans (schedule, budget, resources, risk mitigation)
  • Lead cross-functional technical teams and subcontractors
  • Oversee high-level & low-level designs, SLD reviews, and as-built documentation
  • Ensure execution aligns with contract terms, approved drawings, and procedures
  • Manage installation, commissioning, testing, and preliminary project acceptance
  • Monitor progress using tools such asMS Project, ERP systems (Odoo), and reporting sheets
  • Handle change requests, inspections, and client/consultant negotiations
  • Identify and mitigate project risks
  • Prepare and maintain progress and performance reports for management
  • Ensure compliance with quality standards, internal policies, and industry best practices

Qualifications

  • 46 years of experience in Design, Supervision & Execution within IT projects
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities
  • Solid decision-making and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in: MS Project / Microsoft Office Suite / ERP Systems (Odoo is a plus) -CAD/Autodesk (preferred)
