IT Project Manager - Contract - Duration 6 Months - Riyadh (Onsite)

We're looking for an experienced IT Project Manager to lead the delivery of complex technology initiatives from planning through to execution. This role requires a strong blend of technical understanding and delivery leadership, ensuring projects are structured, well-governed, and delivered on time, within budget, and to a high standard.
You will work closely with business and technology stakeholders, bringing visibility, control, and discipline across the full project lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and implement robust project management frameworks, governance, and delivery plans
- Lead end-to-end project delivery across the full SDLC, from requirements through to deployment
- Track progress against milestones, KPIs, and deliverables, ensuring accurate and transparent reporting
- Produce high-quality project documentation, including status reports, steering updates, and monthly performance reporting
- Manage project budgets, including forecasting, tracking spend, and variance analysis
- Identify and manage risks, issues, and dependencies, driving mitigation and recovery plans
- Act as the central point of coordination across business, product, and technology teams
- Drive continuous improvement across delivery practices, tools, and reporting standards
Ideal Profile
- Background in Software Development or Business Analysis, with a clear transition into Project Management
- Strong understanding and hands-on experience across the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and multiple delivery methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid)
- Proven experience delivering enterprise technology solutions, including:
- ERP, CRM, and large-scale enterprise applications
- Both bespoke development and off-the-shelf system implementations
- Experience working on system development and/or deployment projects in complex environments
- Exposure to aviation or aviation-related systems is highly advantageous
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, and reporting skills
- Comfortable operating in structured, fast-paced environments with multiple workstreams
- PMP certification preferred
- Bilingual (Arabic & English) require
