We are looking for an organized and customer-focused IT Sales Coordinator to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will efficiently support the sales team with administrative and coordination tasks and have a strong understanding of IT products or distribution processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate sales inquiries, prepare quotations, and follow up with clients and suppliers.
- Support account managers with documentation, order processing, and CRM updates.
- Communicate with clients regarding product availability, pricing, and delivery schedules.
- Coordinate with logistics, finance, and procurement to ensure timely delivery and invoicing.
- Maintain and update price lists, client databases, and sales reports.
- Assist in preparing tenders, proposals, and marketing materials.
- Provide excellent after-sales support and ensure smooth communication with all stakeholders.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, IT, Marketing, or a related field.
- 24 years of experience in sales coordination or administrative roles, preferably within IT or technology distribution.
- Strong command of English (verbal and written).
- Proficient in MS Office applications.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and time management skills.
- Ability to multitask and work effectively in a team environment.
- Candidates must have valid work authorization (residency visa or visit visa eligibility).
