Hiring for a Leading MNC IT Services Company

We are looking for result-driven Sales Professionals with strong experience in the GCC market, bringing expertise in both hunting and account management, with a focus on IT Services & Quality Assurance (QA) Services sales.

Key Responsibilities:

Drive new business (hunting) across GCC countries

Manage and expand existing enterprise accounts (account management/farming)

Sell IT Services – Digital, Cloud, Data, Cybersecurity, Managed Services & Quality Assurance (QA/Testing Services)

Build strong CXO-level relationships

Own end-to-end sales cycle – lead generation to deal closure

Collaborate with delivery teams for solution positioning & deal success

Ideal Profile:

Proven experience in IT Services Sales in GCC (Dubai-based preferred)

Strong track record in new logo acquisition + account growth

Experience in selling QA / Testing Services along with IT services

Exposure to enterprise & large deals

Strong negotiation, presentation & stakeholder management skills

Ability to thrive in a target-driven environment
