Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Information Technology Sales Specialist located in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The role involves engaging directly with clients to identify their IT and technological needs, generating leads, managing accounts, and driving sales of IT solutions. The IT Sales Specialist will also build and maintain relationships with customers, provide tailored product recommendations, and ensure client satisfaction. Collaborating with internal teams to help fulfill client requirements is also a key aspect of the role.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in IT Sales and strong knowledge of Information Technology products and services
• Expertise in Lead Generation and Account Management
• Strong Communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively engage with clients and team members
• Ability to assess and understand client needs to recommend tailored IT solutions
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred
• Experience in sales within IT infrastructure, networking, or security systems is a plus
• Self-motivated, organized, and results-driven professional
