Commission-Based IT Sales Consultant Dubai (UAE)

This role is strictly performance-driven.

Compensation Structure (Very Important Please Read Carefully)

* No fixed salary / no monthly retainer

* Flat 25% commission on all payments received from the client

* Commission is calculated on **actual amount credited to the company account

* Commission is paid through the company's official account (bank transfer)

* Commission continues as long as the client keeps paying the company** for the project/services brought in by you

Example:

If a client pays AED 20,000 to the company,

25% (AED 5,000) will be transferred to you as commission.

Lead Support from Company

The company will provide Email leads related to:

* SEO services

* Website design & development

* Social media marketing

* Digital growth solutions

All leads will be UAE/Dubai-focused, and you will be responsible for:

* Contacting the leads

* Understanding client requirements

* Pitching services

* Closing the deal

Key Responsibilities

* Handle company-provided UAE email leads

* Communicate professionally with UAE-based business owners

* Understand client requirements and recommend suitable services (SEO, website, social media)

* Conduct calls, emails, or online meetings to close deals

* Negotiate pricing within approved company guidelines

* Ensure clear scope discussion before closure

* Coordinate with the India-based delivery team for handover after closure

* Maintain basic sales tracking and follow-ups

What We Expect from You

* Strong understanding of the Dubai / UAE business environment

* Experience in **IT services or digital marketing sales

* Confident communication in English (Arabic is a plus, not mandatory)

* Ability to independently close deals

* Comfortable working on a commission-only model

* Self-driven, disciplined, and target-focused mindset

* No cold lead generation required (company provides leads)

* No marketing expenses from your side

* No office attendance requirement

* No false commitments or mis-selling
