Information Technology Service Desk

Location: Dubai and Abu-dhabi

Remote support - US afterhours

shift: 4days working with 10 hours working + 1 hour break (weekends working Friday to Monday; Saturday to Tuesday similar shift)

8 PM EST to 7 AM EST

Service Desk L2 - Skills with Intune-M365 support - Azure VM etc MSP experienced preferred

Financial services industry experience is a big plus
