Teleperformance is Hiring: IT Service Desk II
Are you an IT professional with experience in technical support and service desk operations Join Teleperformance and be part of a global team delivering exceptional IT support in a dynamic enterprise environment.
What You'll Do:
• Provide first-line IT support via phone and email
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and system issues
• Manage incidents and service requests through the ticketing system
• Support end users with account access, password resets, and desktop applications
• Administer Active Directory user accounts and security groups
• Work with Microsoft 365, Azure Entra ID, Intune, and Tanium
• Escalate complex technical issues when needed
• Ensure SLA compliance and maintain accurate documentation
What We're Looking For:
• Experience with enterprise IT environments and ticketing systems
• Strong knowledge of Windows Operating Systems and desktop support
• 2–5 years of experience in an IT Service Desk or IT Support role
• English level: B1 or above
• Hands-on experience with Active Directory administration
• Working knowledge of Azure Entra ID, Microsoft 365, Intune, and Tanium
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• ITIL knowledge or certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, Microsoft, or CCNA are a plus
• Strong troubleshooting, communication, and problem-solving skills
