Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Information Technology Software Engineer, located in Al Khobar.
- Deployment, testing and support of the company's AI Computer Vision software products on customers servers.
- Monitoring and analysis of system performance, infrastructure operation optimization.
- On‑site visits to customers for infrastructure setup (approximately 2–10 days per month).
- Script writing and automation of routine tasks.
- Working in a multinational team with development and support teams located in different countries.
Qualifications
- Knowledge of Linux fundamentals and experience with Bash/Shell and Python scripting.
- Experience in process automation and configuration management, including script writing and task automation.
- Understanding of networking principles and experience with network equipment.
- Working with version control systems (e.g., Git).
- Knowledge of DevOps methodologies and tools (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes, Ansible, GitLab, etc.).
- Ability to work with monitoring tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, Zabbix, etc.).
- Skills in working with cloud platforms.
- English language proficiency. Arabic language proficiency is an advantage.
