Key Responsibilities:
- Manage, customize, and optimize Zoho CRM to support sales and marketing activities
- Develop and implement effective lead generation strategies to increase client acquisition
- Monitor, maintain, and update the company website to ensure performance, usability, and SEO optimization
- Integrate CRM with website and other digital platforms
- Analyze data, generate reports, and provide actionable insights to improve conversion rates
- Provide technical support and troubleshoot system-related issues
Requirements:
- Proven experience working with Zoho CRM (configuration, automation, reporting)
- Strong knowledge of lead generation tools and digital marketing techniques
- Experience in website management (WordPress or similar platforms preferred)
- Basic understanding of SEO, analytics, and user experience optimization
- Problem-solving mindset with strong attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in the real estate industry is a MUST
