Role Description

This is a full-time, Hybridrole for an Information Technology Specialist based in Syria. The Information Technology Specialist will be responsible for managing network infrastructure, providing technical support, ensuring network security, and troubleshooting IT challenges. This role also involves collaborating with team members and supporting internal staff with IT-related needs to ensure seamless operational efficiency across the organization.

We are looking for a reliable IT Systems & Technical Support Specialist to support the company's IT infrastructure and assist users with day-to-day technical issues. The role involves maintaining system stability, troubleshooting problems, and ensuring smooth operation of internal systems and digital services.

Key Responsibilites

• Provide technical support for company users and internal systems.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network-related issues.
• Support business applications and assist users in daily system operations.
• Manage user accounts, permissions, and access control.
• Support PBX/VoIP systems, company domains, email services, and websites.
• Monitor system performance and ensure system availability.
• Coordinate with external vendors when required.
• Maintain documentation and follow IT support procedures.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in IT Support or Systems Administration.
• Good understanding of IT infrastructure, networks, and business systems.
• Experience in Network Administration and Network Security, Supporting business applications or ERP systems is a plus
• Proficiency in Information Technology systems and troubleshooting technical issues
• Strong focus on delivering Customer Service and resolving IT support inquiries
• Excellent communication skills and logical problem-solving abilities
• Familiarity with IT best practices, cybersecurity protocols, and system optimization is a plus
