Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Qesm 1st 6 October for an Information Technology Specialist. The role involves managing and maintaining the company's IT systems, including network administration and security. Day-to-day tasks include troubleshooting IT issues, implementing technology upgrades, and ensuring seamless IT operations to support the business. The specialist will also work closely with internal teams to provide technical support and guidance.

• Exceptional Customer Service skills and experience supporting end-users

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
