The Role:

Are you passionate about technology that drives business success We're looking for an IT Specialist who sees IT as more than systems it's about enabling people and powering growth. In this role, you'll support our global operations, ensuring seamless infrastructure, robust cybersecurity, and exceptional service for both internal teams and external stakeholders.

You'll work closely with technical and non-technical teams to align IT operations with business objectives, optimize resources, and safeguard data integrity all while delivering a customer-first experience.

What You'll Do:

• Infrastructure & Systems Management: Maintain servers (on-prem & cloud), Azure/AWS services, and enterprise applications. Ensure smooth operations through proactive monitoring and troubleshooting.
• Cybersecurity & Compliance: Implement security protocols, manage firewalls, and mitigate risks to keep our data and systems safe.
• IT Policy & Governance: Develop and maintain IT policies and documentation, ensuring compliance with global standards.
• Strategic Support: Collaborate with leadership on IT budgeting and resource planning.
• Customer-Focused Support: Deliver Tier 1 & Tier 2 technical assistance, train staff, and communicate complex concepts in clear, business-friendly language.

What We're Looking For:

• Experience in IT infrastructure, cloud services (Azure/AWS), and cybersecurity.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work across global teams.
• Excellent communication skills with a customer-first mindset.
• Familiarity with IT governance and compliance frameworks.
• Certifications like CompTIA A+, Network+, or Microsoft Certified IT Professional are beneficial.
