A leading multinational company in chemical manufacturing is looking for an IT Helpdesk Specialist to join its team in Damietta.

Job Description:

• Provide first-line IT support to end users.
• Log, troubleshoot, resolve, and escalate IT incidents.
• Manage IT assets, spare parts, and inventory.
• Support meeting room equipment, printers, and software installations.
• Prepare regular IT support and inventory reports.
• Support end-user activities during major plant projects and shutdowns.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, or a related field is a must.
• 1–3 years of experience in IT Helpdesk / End-User Support.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Good reporting and time management skills.
• Presentable with a professional attitude.
• Military service completed or exempted.
• Willing to work onsite in Damietta.
