Job Description

Position: Technical Support Specialist

Location: Riyadh

Industry: Food & Beverage & Retail

This position is open for Saudi nationals only

Summary:

We are seeking a hands-on IT & Cloud Support Specialist with strong expertise in Microsoft technologies to manage and support our cloud environment, identity systems, and end-user infrastructure. The role focuses on ensuring secure, efficient, and reliable IT operations across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

Identity & Access Management

  • Manage and administer Azure Active Directory (Azure AD)
  • Configure Conditional Access, MFA, and identity security policies
  • Handle user lifecycle (onboarding, offboarding, access control)
  • Implement Privileged Identity Management (PIM) and role governance

Cloud & Infrastructure (Azure & Servers)

  • Deploy, manage, and monitor Microsoft Azure environments
  • Manage and maintain Azure Virtual Machines (VMs) and Windows Servers
  • Configure, monitor, and troubleshoot Azure server infrastructure
  • Perform backup and restore operations within Azure
  • Maintain Azure storage, networking, and security components
  • Troubleshoot cloud and server-related issues and optimize performance & cost
  • Assist with Azure billing and cost management

Microsoft 365 & Email Administration

  • Administer Microsoft 365 services and licensing
  • Manage Office 365 email environment and Exchange Online
  • Handle mailboxes, mail flow, and email security
  • Ensure protection against phishing, spam, and malware

ERP & Business Systems (Microsoft Dynamics)

  • Support and maintain Microsoft Dynamics environment
  • Collaborate with business teams to resolve system issues
  • Assist in system enhancements and integrations

End-User Support & Operations

  • Provide L1 & L2 technical support for users
  • Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues
  • Ensure high user satisfaction and timely issue resolution

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
  • 2+ years of experience in IT support / cloud operations
  • Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure & Azure AD
  • Experience managing Azure servers and virtual machines
  • Knowledge of backup and restore operations in Azure
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics (ERP/CRM) systems
  • Good understanding of networking, security, and server management
  • Strong troubleshooting and communication skills
  • Saudi nationality is required
