Information Technology Specialist

Role purpose:

Support the applications used across TMR retail stores and help prepare new stores for opening. The role will provide day-to-day support for Microsoft Dynamics 365, POS systems, and other store applications.

Key responsibilities:

• Support store teams with application issues, investigate incidents, and coordinate resolution with internal teams and vendors.
• Support Microsoft Dynamics 365 retail processes, including POS transactions, pricing, promotions, inventory, and returns.
• Test application setup, devices, and key store processes before new store openings.
• Assist with store launches and provide on-site or remote support during the opening period.
• Set up and maintain application users, access permissions, and store configurations in line with approved procedures.
• Test system changes and updates, document issues, and follow through until they are resolved.
• Train store users and prepare simple guides for common tasks.
• Monitor recurring issues and recommend improvements to store operations.

Requirements:

• 3–4 years of experience in retail application support, POS support, or a similar role.
• Hands-on experience supporting Microsoft Dynamics 365 and retail store applications.
• Understanding of retail processes, including sales, returns, pricing, and inventory.
• Experience supporting store openings or application rollouts.
• Strong troubleshooting, communication, and coordination skills.
• Ability to support multiple stores and respond to urgent operational issues.
• Good command of English.
