Information Technology Specialist (UAE National)

The primary ICT point of contact at branch level, ensuring the effective functioning, availability, security, and resilience of all branch ICT systems, in coordination with UAE IT personnel and Head Office ICT.

What You'll Do

• Maintain and support the branch ICT environment, hardware, and software
• Support critical AS400 procedures (SIRE, Safewatch, Swift Alliance)
• Provide 1st-level troubleshooting and escalate to Head Office ICT as needed
• Coordinate local ICT projects, including DR site support
• Maintain Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery plans; coordinate BCP/DR testing
• Manage application access and ICT security compliance; support audits
• Support videoconferencing and telecom services for the branch

Who We're Looking For

• 3–5 years of experience in the role (Professional Mid-level)
• University degree in a related discipline
• Good command of English
• Good command of MS Office applications
• Detail-oriented, analytical, and able to multi-task
