Information Technology Supervisor

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Abu Dhabi for an Information Technology Supervisor. The IT Supervisor will oversee the organization's IT infrastructure, provide technical support, and manage troubleshooting activities. They will supervise and lead a team, ensure seamless IT operations, and contribute to implementing technology-driven solutions to enhance operational efficiency. The candidate will also collaborate across departments to align IT systems with organizational goals.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Information Technology with strong skills in managing IT infrastructure and systems.
• five years experience in Technical Support and performing effective Troubleshooting to resolve technical issues promptly.
• Proven ability in Team Leadership and Team Management to oversee and guide a team effectively.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field is required. Relevant certifications (e.g., ITIL, Microsoft, Cisco) are a plus.
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
• Experience in the real estate or property management industry is an advantage.

working hours:

Six days a week, eight hours a day.
