Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and proactive IT Support Specialist with 35 years of experience in IT support roles within a multi-site environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide Level 1.5 remote desktop support and Level 2 onsite/field support across multiple locations.
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve hardware, software, networking, and endpoint-related issues.
- Support Windows and macOS operating systems in enterprise environments.
- Manage endpoint devices and ensure compliance with organizational IT policies.
- Utilize ITSM and remote support tools such as ServiceNow, SCCM, Intune, JAMF, Lansweeper, or similar platforms.
- Perform user account management and access control tasks as required.
Qualifications
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Experience
- 35 years of experience in IT support roles, including:
- Remote desktop support (Level 1.5)
- Onsite Level 2 support
- Field service positions in multi-site environments
Technical Skills
- Proficiency in Windows and macOS operating systems.
- Strong understanding of networking fundamentals and endpoint management.
- Hands-on experience with remote support and ITSM tools such as:
ServiceNow
SCCM
Microsoft Intune
