ThinqHub is looking for an IT Support Specialist to keep our clients systems, users, and day-to-day operations running smoothly.
What We're Looking For:
• 1+ year of experience in IT Support / Help Desk
• Strong knowledge of Windows & common office software
• Basic networking knowledge
• Hardware, software & user access support
• Troubleshooting connectivity, email & printing issues
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Working English & Arabic
• Willingness to work on-site and travel to client offices when needed
Nice to have: Business application support, basic Linux/cloud administration, CompTIA A+ or Microsoft certification.
