Information Technology Support Team Lead

We are looking for an IT Support Lead to join an international energy and shipping group based in Dubai.

The role combines hands-on IT support with team coordination. You will be responsible for supporting end users, managing IT equipment and accounts, troubleshooting software and hardware issues, and coordinating a small technical team.

Key responsibilities:

• Purchasing and setting up laptops, mobile phones, monitors and other user equipment

• Setting up and administering user accounts and Microsoft Office 365

• Installing and supporting software across Windows, MacOS, Android and iOS devices

• Supporting office telecom equipment and coordinating technical issues with vendors

• Managing and coordinating a team of 3–4 IT specialists

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in IT Help Desk, IT Support or a similar role

• Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Office 365 and Active Directory

• Experience with corporate antivirus/security solutions

• Knowledge of Windows Server 2016–2019

• Experience with telecom equipment and Microsoft Office administration

• English and Russian is required

• Bachelor's degree in IT or a related field
