Job Description

As an IT Support Technician, you will be responsible for ensuring that all technical and quality standards are met while delivering a high level of customer satisfaction. You will work closely with clients to identify issues and implement the best technical solutions, ensuring minimal disruption to their operations. Your ability to troubleshoot, maintain, and repair various systems will be crucial.

Main Accountabilities:

  • Collaborates with clients to identify problems and develop effective technical solutions.
  • Responds to or escalate calls within given timeframes. Performs installation and maintenance of client systems e.g. PCs, (mobile phones)
  • Develops and maintains client relationships, identifying opportunities to expand service agreements.
  • Assists in development of test and repair processes.
  • Liaises with help desks, support centers etc.
  • Performs trouble shooting and problem resolution.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • 3 years of experience as IT Support or similar role
  • Experience with managing and preserving technical equipment
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Team player with effective time-management skills.
  • Great interpersonal and communication skills
  • Accustomed to using mobile tools and applications
