IT Support Technician (United Arab Emirates Nationality )
Location: Dubai, (On-site) Hybrid
Role Overview
We are seeking an IT Support Technician to support end users, maintain IT infrastructure, and ensure smooth business operations. The role includes endpoint management, user support, system administration, security monitoring, and infrastructure maintenance
Key Responsibilities
- Provide IT support and resolve user-reported issues.
- Configure, deploy, and manage IT equipment and assets.
- Handle user onboarding/offboarding and access management.
- Maintain endpoint security, software updates, and patching.
- Monitor IT infrastructure health and perform routine checks.
- Respond to incidents, alerts, and operational issues.
- Maintain asset registers, backups, and system documentation.
- Support security and compliance activities, including access reviews.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Information Security, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 1+ year of experience in IT support.
- Knowledge of Active Directory, Microsoft 365, Exchange Online, and Azure AD.
- Experience with endpoint management and troubleshooting.
- Understanding of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS).
- Familiarity with IT security concepts and best practices.
- Strong documentation, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and solve problems effectively.
- Microsoft or related technical certifications are a plus.
- English proficiency required; Arabic is an advantage.
