Role Overview:
We are looking for a motivated Working Student to support IT Digital Communication activities and help promote IT services, AI initiatives, and Cybersecurity solutions across Siemens globally.
The role combines marketing, communication, content creation, and team assistant activities. The selected candidate will work closely with the IT team to create engaging communication material, support awareness campaigns, prepare presentations, and help position IT as a strong digital partner for Siemens businesses.
Key Responsibilities:-
- Support the marketing and communication of IT services across Siemens globally.
- Create marketing material for AI, Cybersecurity, and digital IT solutions.
- Prepare presentations, flyers, newsletters, success stories, and internal communication posts.
- Support awareness campaigns for AI, Cybersecurity, digital tools, and IT services.
- Help simplify technical topics into clear, attractive, and business-friendly messages.
- Coordinate with different stakeholders to collect input, updates, and success stories.
- Support the preparation of demos, internal events, workshops, and presentations.
- Maintain communication calendars and track planned campaigns or activities.
- Assist the team with administrative and coordination tasks.
- Support documentation, meeting preparation, follow-ups, and action tracking.
- Contribute to improving the visibility and branding of IT within Siemens.
Required Skills and Qualifications:-
- Currently enrolled as a university student in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Media, IT, or a related field.
- Strong communication and writing skills in English.
- Interest in IT, Artificial Intelligence, Cybersecurity, and digital transformation.
- Good PowerPoint and content creation skills.
- Basic knowledge of design tools such as Canva, Figma, Adobe tools, or similar is a plus.
- Organized, proactive, and able to follow up on tasks independently.
- Ability to translate technical topics into simple and engaging messages.
- Good stakeholder management and teamwork skills.
Preferred Skills:-
- Experience creating social media or internal communication content.
- Basic understanding of AI tools, cybersecurity concepts, or digital platforms.
- Experience in video creation, short posts, infographics, or storytelling.
- Familiarity with Microsoft 365 tools such as PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint, Outlook, and Excel.
