Infrastructure Civil Sr. Engineer

Job Purpose:

Represent the Owner in managing and overseeing the site delivery of integrated civil infrastructure packages for major destination development projects. The role is responsible for coordinating consultants, contractors, and PMO teams to ensure infrastructure works are delivered in line with quality, cost, schedule, risk, and governance requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and oversee the site delivery of major civil infrastructure packages, including roads, earthworks, grading, wet and dry utilities, stormwater networks, and utility corridors.
• Represent the Owner in coordinating consultants, contractors, PMO teams, and key stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
• Review construction methodologies, execution plans, technical reports, and site activities to ensure compliance with project requirements.
• Monitor contractor performance, project risks, claims, quality, cost, and schedule, and implement appropriate mitigation measures.

Qualification and Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
• Minimum of 6 years of experience.
• Proven experience working in Owner, Consultant, and Contractor roles on major infrastructure projects.
