Job Description:
- We are seeking a professionalInfrastructure Draftsmanwith proven experience in preparing and developing engineering drawings usingRevit, AutoCAD, and Civil 3D.The ideal candidate will be a collaborative team player committed to technical excellence and meeting strict project milestones.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Drafting & Design: Develop and prepare detailed engineering drawings for infrastructure projects in compliance with project requirements.
- BIM Modeling: Perform 3D modeling using Revit and manage BIM-related files and deliverables.
- Infrastructure Specialized Works: Design and prepare road alignments, utility networks, and grading/leveling plans using Civil 3D.
- Revision Control: Update and modify drawings based on feedback from engineers, consultants, and stakeholders.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure all drawings and models comply with approved technical specifications and project standards.
- File Management: Organize and manage CAD/BIM files, ensuring consistency in layers, scales, and documentation standards.
- Multidisciplinary Coordination: Coordinate with various design disciplines to ensure integrated and conflict-free drawings.
- Reporting: Extract quantities (BOQ support) and generate longitudinal/cross-sections as required.
Job Requirements:
- Education: Relevant degree or diploma in Drafting, or a related technical field.
- Experience: A minimum of35years of professional experience in engineering drafting.
- Mandatory Skills: Professional-level mastery ofAutoCAD, Revit, and Civil 3D (Non-negotiable).
- Technical Knowledge: Solid understanding of BIM (Building Information Modeling) systems and workflows.
- Blueprints: Exceptional ability to read and interpret complex engineering drawings and technical details
