Infrastructure Electrical Sr. Engineer

Job Purpose:

Represent the Owner in managing and overseeing the site delivery of electrical infrastructure and residential utility connections for major destination development projects. The role is responsible for coordinating consultants, contractors, and PMO teams to ensure electrical works and residential connections are delivered in line with quality, cost, schedule, risk, and governance requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and oversee the site delivery of electrical infrastructure works, including residential electrical connections, LV networks, distribution systems, service connections, and related utility corridors.
• Represent the Owner in coordinating consultants, contractors, utility providers, PMO teams, and key stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
• Monitor the execution of residential electrical connections and ensure works are carried out in accordance with approved designs, specifications, standards, and project requirements.
• Review electrical construction methodologies, execution plans, technical reports, and site activities to ensure compliance with project requirements.
• Monitor contractor performance, project risks, claims, quality, cost, and schedule, and implement appropriate mitigation measures.
• Coordinate electrical connections with civil and other utility works to ensure proper interfaces and timely site execution.

Qualification and Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering.
• Minimum of 6 years of experience.
• Strong experience in house Connections, LV networks, power distribution, service connections, and electrical utility infrastructure.
