Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in the Dubai Emirate, United Arab Emirates, for an Infrastructure Estimator. Responsibilities include preparing accurate cost estimates for infrastructure projects, evaluating project requirements, and collaborating with project teams and contractors. The role entails analyzing project specifications, conducting site visits, sourcing cost data, and preparing tender documents. The Infrastructure Estimator will also ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards, contributing to the successful execution and delivery of projects.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in cost estimation for infrastructure projects, including roads, utilities, and civil works
• Experience in analyzing project plans, specifications, and requirements
• Strong understanding of regulatory compliance standards, particularly within the UAE
• Proficiency in cost management software and tools
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for coordination with stakeholders
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects effectively under tight deadlines
• Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
• Previous experience in the UAE's engineering or construction industry is highly advantageous
