As an Infrastructure Finance Analyst, you will be responsible for...

Financial Analysis & Modelling Support:

  • Assisting in preparing, maintaining and updating financial models for infrastructure projects.
  • Supporting financial analysis including business cases, feasibility studies, valuation exercises and investment assessments.
  • Collecting and organising financial and operational data required for project evaluations.
  • Performing sensitivity analyses and scenario modelling under supervision of senior team members.
  • Assisting in reviewing project budgets, forecasts, and cost estimates.

Research & Market Intelligence;

  • Conducting research on infrastructure sectors, market trends, financing structures and industry developments.
  • Monitoring relevant regulatory developments, government initiatives and infrastructure investment activity.
  • Gathering benchmarking information relating to infrastructure assets, concessions, PPP projects and financing structures.
  • Maintaining internal databases of comparable transactions and market intelligence.

Transaction & Project Support:

  • Assisting with the preparation of presentations, information memoranda, briefing notes and investment committee materials.
  • Supporting due diligence activities by coordinating information requests and organising documents.
  • Assisting in tracking transaction workstreams, key milestones and deliverables.
  • Supporting the review and organisation of technical, commercial, legal and financial reports.

Stakeholder Coordination:

  • Coordinating with internal departments including Development, Legal, Commercial, Strategy and Operations.
  • Supporting engagement with consultants, advisors and external stakeholders.
  • Attending meetings, prepare meeting summaries and track follow-up actions.
  • Assisting in preparing materials for senior management discussions.

Reporting & Administration:

  • Preparing periodic reports, dashboards and management presentations.
  • Maintaining organised electronic filing systems and document repositories.
  • Supporting preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual reporting requirements.
  • Assisting in ensuring data quality, consistency and completeness across reports and analyses.

Learning & Development:

  • Developing understanding of project finance, infrastructure investments, PPP structures and financial analysis techniques.
  • Participating in internal training programmes and professional development initiatives.
  • Building familiarity with infrastructure sectors including utilities, transport, district cooling, energy and public infrastructure.

What you already have...

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business Administration, Engineering, Mathematics or a related discipline.
  • Graduated within the last 0–2 years.
  • Strong academic record preferred.
  • No prior full-time work experience required.
  • Internship experience in finance, investment banking, consulting, real estate, infrastructure, accounting or related fields is advantageous but not mandatory.
  • Evidence of strong academic, extracurricular or project-based achievements is desirable

Job Specific Skills

  • Strong analytical and numerical skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Basic understanding of corporate finance and financial statements.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
  • Ability to conduct structured research and synthesise information.
