PulseMediaNL is seeking a knowledgeable and solutions-driven Infrastructure Solution Expert to join our remote team. This role is responsible for supporting infrastructure operations, optimizing system performance, and delivering reliable technology solutions that support business continuity and operational efficiency.
Responsibilities
Infrastructure Management & Support
- Monitor and maintain infrastructure systems, servers, and network environments
- Assist in troubleshooting infrastructure-related issues and implementing solutions
- Support system performance, availability, and reliability across platforms
- Coordinate infrastructure updates, maintenance, and system improvements
Solution Design & Implementation
- Assist in designing and implementing scalable infrastructure solutions
- Evaluate system requirements and recommend infrastructure enhancements
- Collaborate with technical teams to support deployments and integrations
- Ensure infrastructure solutions align with operational and security standards
Issue Resolution & Optimization
- Investigate recurring infrastructure issues and recommend long-term solutions
- Monitor system health and identify opportunities for optimization
- Maintain documentation related to infrastructure configurations and processes
- Support disaster recovery, backup, and continuity planning efforts
Collaboration & Reporting
- Work closely with IT, support, and operations teams to ensure smooth infrastructure operations
- Provide technical guidance and support to internal stakeholders when needed
- Prepare reports on infrastructure performance, incidents, and improvements
- Follow established technical procedures and operational best practices
Requirements
About the Ideal Candidate
- 2–4 years of experience in infrastructure support, systems administration, or a similar role
- Strong understanding of servers, networks, and infrastructure environments
- Problem-solving mindset with strong analytical abilities
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to manage multiple technical priorities effectively
- Detail-oriented with a proactive and solution-focused attitude
- Comfortable working in a remote environment
- Familiarity with cloud platforms, virtualization, or monitoring tools is a plus
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or similar tools
- High school diploma or equivalent required; technical certifications or additional education are a plus
