We are looking for a Saudi Infrastructure Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have solid hands-on experience across IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, firewalls, storage, backup systems, and ITSM environments, with a strong focus on service availability, security, and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and maintain IT infrastructure, including servers, storage systems, and network devices.
- Monitor and troubleshoot LAN/WAN performance and improve service quality.
- Manage firewalls and security appliances, including associated licenses such as Palo Alto.
- Track and manage software and hardware license renewals.
- Perform regular backups and support disaster recovery procedures.
- Provide infrastructure-level support to the Service Desk team.
- Manage infrastructure tickets through ITSM systems such as ManageEngine, ensuring compliance with agreed SLAs.
- Prepare technical reports covering infrastructure performance and KPIs.
- Apply cybersecurity standards and internal security policies.
- Participate in infrastructure upgrade and improvement projects.
- Ensure compliance with contractual requirements and agreed timelines/KPIs.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Network Engineering, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of relevant IT infrastructure experience covering networks, servers, and security systems.
- Strong knowledge of networks, firewalls, storage, backup systems, and infrastructure troubleshooting.
- Familiarity with ITSM platforms such as ManageEngine.
- Previous experience in managed services contracts or the government sector is preferred.
- Strong understanding of cybersecurity standards and practices.
- Saudi National.
Preferred Certifications
CCNA / CCNP, PCNSE (Palo Alto), CompTIA Network+ / Security+, MCSA / MCSE, or equivalent certifications are preferred.
