Role Description

This is a full-time role for an Inside Sales Associate located in Dubai.

Review customer RFQs and identify the correct product specifications, part numbers, and applicable standards.

Prepare technical and commercial quotations in coordination with suppliers and OEMs.

Follow up with customers on submitted quotations and update status reports regularly.

Liaise with vendors to obtain updated pricing, product availability, and delivery schedules.

Process customer Purchase Orders and hand them over to the Supply Chain team for execution.

Manage assigned customer accounts and keep the Outside Sales team regularly updated on all developments.

Be proactive in customer service to ensure timely support and maintain strong client relationships.

Stay active and tuned into market intelligence to identify new opportunities and competitive insights.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering related field is a must.

Excellent communication skill.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Proactive, customer-focused, and capable of working independently and as part of a team.
