We are seeking a motivated Inside Sales Consultant to join a fast-growing moving & storage company in Dubai. This role focuses on converting inbound and outbound sales opportunities for local household, commercial & storage relocation services. It is ideal for a sales professional with experience in the moving, relocation or logistics sector who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound sales inquiries for local household goods and office relocation & storage services
- Proactively follow up on leads generated via phone, email, and website inquiries
- Provide accurate quotations for local moving and storage services
- Build strong relationships with potential customers and understand their moving needs
- Coordinate with operations teams to ensure smooth scheduling of moves
- Maintain accurate records of leads and opportunities in CRM systems
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Promote additional moving services such as packing, storage, and specialty moving solutions
- Provide professional advice on relocation planning and moving timelines
- Prepare sales reports and track pipeline activity
- Ensure excellent customer service throughout the sales process
Key Skills & Experience:
- Experience in moving, relocation, logistics, or storage services sales
- Strong inside sales or customer service experience
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to manage multiple leads and prioritize effectively
- Experience using CRM systems for lead tracking and sales management
- Results-driven with a strong focus on achieving sales targets
