Inside Sales Consultant

Role Description This part-time remote Inside Sales Consultant role focuses on engaging prospective and existing clients to drive new business and strengthen ongoing relationships. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing inbound and outbound calls, qualifying leads, following up on inquiries, and presenting tailored service solutions. The role involves maintaining accurate records in CRM tools, coordinating with internal teams to support client needs, and preparing basic sales reports and updates. The Inside Sales Consultant will also respond to customer questions, provide clear information about services, and support the overall sales pipeline by nurturing leads through consistent communication.
