Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Inside Sales Representative role based in Cairo, Egypt. The Inside Sales Representative will handle inbound and outbound calls to prospective and existing customers, present Drive Finance products, and guide clients through suitable auto and factoring finance solutions. The role includes qualifying leads, preparing and following up on quotations, and maintaining accurate records in the CRM system. The representative will collaborate with account managers and operations teams to ensure smooth application processing and timely responses to client inquiries. Daily responsibilities also include addressing customer questions, supporting payment and renewal processes, and contributing to sales targets while upholding high service standards and regulatory compliance.
Qualifications
  • Proven Inside Sales experience with strong skills in lead qualification and closing (Inside Sales, Lead Generation).
  • Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships and manage a sales pipeline (Account Management).
  • Demonstrated focus on customer needs, with a commitment to timely and clear communication (Customer Service, Customer Satisfaction).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; Arabic fluency is highly beneficial.
  • Comfort working with CRM systems, MS Office, and basic sales reporting tools.
  • Strong numerical skills and attention to detail, preferably with experience in financial services or automotive financing.
  • Ability to work on-site in Cairo, handle a high volume of calls, and meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
