About the Role We are hiring an Inside Sales Representative to join our remote team in Canada. You will own the full sales cycle — from prospecting to close — while building long-term relationships with clients, healthcare partners, and referral sources.
What You'll Do
- Manage the full inside sales cycle: prospect, qualify, present, negotiate, and close.
- Generate new business through outbound calls and emails.
- Convert and nurture inbound leads.
- Build relationships with healthcare professionals and direct customers.
- Guide clients through purchase, rental, and service options for our full product range.
- Conduct virtual product demonstrations and consultative sales conversations.
- Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate pipeline and customer data in the CRM.
What We're Looking For
- Experience of inside sales or B2C sales.
- Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding quota.
- Fluent in both Arabic and English (written and verbal) — required.
- Strong consultative selling and active-listening skills.
- Proficiency with CRM platforms.
- Self-motivated and disciplined in a remote work environment.
- Reliable high-speed internet and a professional home-office setup.
Nice to Have
- Experience in home healthcare, medical devices, or mobility/assistive products.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare, or related field.
