Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Dubai for an Inside Sales Specialist. The selected candidate will identify, qualify, and engage with potential customers to generate leads and drive sales. Responsibilities include building and maintaining client relationships, addressing customer inquiries, presenting tailored solutions, and supporting the sales team to achieve organizational goals. The Inside Sales Specialist will also ensure customer satisfaction while adhering to the highest standards of professionalism and communication.

Qualifications

• Experience in IT Sales in UAE is a plus.
• Proficiency in Inside Sales and Lead Generation to identify and convert potential clients.
• Strong Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills to build long-lasting, positive client relationships.
• Excellent Communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey information to diverse audiences.
• Background in technology or IT services is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
• Self-motivated and target-oriented with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
